Juez de la suprema corte en EU declara: "Los juzgados NO deberían prohibir la tortura"

Es claro que estamos no ante un fascismo naciente sino ya establecido, tanto en EU como en México. Debería ser transparente, cuando un juez de la suprema corte declara que no se debería prohibir la tortura... Cuando en México, se permitirá en unos días más el allanamiento de hogares SIN orden judicial, arraigos SIN ordenes de arresto hasta por 80 días... Pero la gente no lo quiere ver. Las garantías individuales nos están siendo arrebatadas, pero hacemos nada, les permitimos quitárnoslas sin más.
